Atrium Ljungberg has announced plans to commence construction on Brf Kulturarvet, the fourth residential block in Nobelberget, Sickla, Sweden.
This will be the first block to be built using wood among a total of eight blocks in Nobelberget.
The development initiates the creation of Stockholm Wood City, which is anticipated to be the world’s largest wooden city.聽聽聽
Stockholm Wood City comprises 250,000m虏聽of wooden-frame buildings, featuring residences, offices, retail spaces, and services. It will be constructed in Sickla over the next decade.聽
The first two blocks of Nobelberget’s residential are completed and occupied, and the third block is set to be finished by the mid-year period.
The upcoming Brf Kulturarvet will feature 80 tenant-owned apartments across three buildings, covering a total area of approximately 8,800m虏 gross floor area.聽聽

Production of Brf Kulturarvet is scheduled to begin in the first quarter (Q4) of 2024, with the first residents expected to move in during Q4 2025.聽
